Role 1: Data Analytics Associate
Exp: 0.5 – 2.5 yrs
Location: Out of Mumbai
Skills:
Very good programming skills (ideally Python or R)
Strong experience in data processing (e.g. data mining, social network analysis, text mining).
Practice with database access (SQL; optionally Pig and Hive), including NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, CouchDB, JSON files)
Practice with data visualization in Tableau
Professional experience in machine learning applied to business is a plus
Role 2: Business Analyst(5+ yrs Exp)
Skills:
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
Work with cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts
Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvemen
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team Requirements
Should have preferably worked in the BFSI and lending domain
Role 3: Analytics Manager (5+ yrs)
Skills:
Strong experience in data processing such as data mining, social network analysis, text mining. Practice with database access such as SQL; optionally Pig and Hive, including NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, CouchDB, JSON files
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau/Spot fire/Qlikview
Professional experience in machine learning applied to business is a plus
Possesses strong analytical/logical thinking and communication skills and be involved in the development of the company through pre-sales/operational support.
